**No Breeders' Cup tour scheduled for 2011. Information on the 2012 tour when the Breeders' Cup returns to Santa Anita Park on
November 2-3, 2012 will be provided when it's available.

Booking Procedure
The Booking Deposit (per person) will confirm your reservation (Mastercard or Visa accepted). The Booking is finalized when a written confirmation is issued by Kent's Tour & Travel.

Documents
Documents will be mailed approximately twenty-one days prior to departure.

Liability and Conditions of Carriage
Kent's Tour & Travel (KT&T) is a travel organizer and does not operate any airline, hotel / accommodation company, sightseeing company, coach or transportation company. Where air, coach, and other components forming part of a tour are scheduled services, the conditions of carriage of the carrier concerned will apply. This applies particularly to scheduled airlines; therefore, clients should take careful note of the conditions which appear on each ticket.

Website Accuracy
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that descriptions are accurate and all statements made by KT&T are in the honest belief that the facts and opinions given are correct. However, subsequent changes, which are beyond the control of KT&T may occur, and any material changes will be advised to clients if and when they become know to KT&T.

Limitations
All terms are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airline, hoteliers, sporting bodies and other service providers, whose services we utilize, some of whom limit or exclude liability in respect of death, injury, delay, cancellation and loss of baggage.
